MEET THE E & E DIRECTORS

Laura has extensive experience in working with internal and external clients at all levels of an organization. More than an instructional designer, Laura is up to date on the technology required to design, build, store, track, and sell anything related to learning. 

Laura co-hosts the Storyline User Group (SLUG), whose members are affectionally called Sluggers. Held virtually, twice a month since 2015, Laura facilitates the hour-long sessions where attendees discuss and present challenges and share achievements and experiences using Articulate Storyline eLearning tool. 

Laura holds a Master of Education (MS Ed) degree in Instructional Technology from Northern Illinois University.

Steve has over 20 years of knowledge in the training and design field with a proven record in delivering effective, innovative, and creative programs. Steve is a progressive and versatile instructional designer with experience in diverse businesses and offers an extensive skillset in developing engaging deliverables for technical and non-technical audiences that exceed company and industry standards. His focus is always centered on building strong client relationships that form the foundation for programs and deliverables that affect organizational change. As a consultant, Steve has worked with clients in the healthcare, education, pharmaceutical, finance, insurance, and non-profit industries.

Steve’s strengths include instructional design, technical writing, and business analysis. Additionally, Steve is adept at working with a variety of training development platforms and tools, using technology to find answers to instructional design questions. 

Steve holds a B.A. in Communications from Valparaiso University, Valparaiso, Indiana. 

Donna specializes in helping people get things done. By evaluating existing performance and comparing it to optimal performance, she designs and develops learning programs and tools that guide and assist people to achieve required performance and outcomes—as effectively and quickly as possible. 

Donna's award-winning communications convey what to do, how to do it, and why to do it, as well as informing and assisting critical decision-making processes. Throughout her work, Donna blends knowledge of experiential learning, accelerated learning, and brain science to promote rapid and effective assimilation of knowledge, skills, and behaviors. 

Whether it’s helping people learn to use new software or to function as a new manager, Donna can help you help your employees, customers, partners, and volunteers do what they need to do.

Marcia designs and develops eLearning that's fun to take while instructionally effective. With a solid background in instructional design and sales and a focus on online learning, Marcia's experience from the last millennium—and this one!—enables her to deliver engaging, effective eLearning to E & E clients.

Along with Laura Bunte, Marcia runs the Storyline User Group (SLUG) twice a month. Marcia is a super user in Articulate 360 Storyline and Presenter, Vyond and Videoscribe.
