When you work with us, an E & E director works on your project, oversees all work, and maintains communication with you throughout the project. Laura, Steve, Marcia, and Donna are part of every project and stay fully aware of current status, potential risks and challenges, and quality of deliverables. We're ready to step in if needed, but always in the background watching out for your interests. Your project's success is our goal.

Most consulting companies charge higher rates than E & E, but consultants who work for you often receive only a fraction of what you pay the company who provides their services. Our paired staffing model gives to you—and gives back

On select projects (and only with your approval), we pair with up-and-coming professionals for project work in a mentor/apprentice relationship. Always an E & E director (the mentor) monitors and reviews all work, ensuring that your project's deliverables are of the highest quality. We provide constructive, real-world feedback to help our apprentices grow in knowledge and experience.
